Jenari Enterprises Home Inspections was founded by me in 2026. I come from an engineering background, having attained my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Manhattan College in New York City in 1991. After years working electrical design, I decided to change course in my career and began working construction services with a construction company for the next ten years at a nuclear facility in New York. The facility closed down so I began working for myself performing general contracting on residential and commercial properties. That was before COVID and I am still actively working general contracting construction to this day. So, I not only understand how structures are built but I know how the elements of time, gravity, weather, moisture, UV rays, wood eating insects, mold, construction location, slope of the land, add-ons to the original structure, work workmanship, and just personal usage affect all the material systems and all the fastening systems used to keep a residential or small commercial building intact and together over the span of many years. My engineering and construction knowledge helps me to better understand what to look for in your prospective new home and property.  Throughout my work experience I saw firsthand how often buyers were left in the dark about the true condition of a home. Too many families were closing on properties with hidden defects, costly repairs, and safety hazards that a thorough inspection would have caught.

We set out to change that. Our mission is to give every client — whether a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or a seller preparing to list — the clear, detailed information they need to make confident decisions.

Today, Jenari serves home buyers and sellers across all of New York State. From the Hudson Valley to Long Island, the Capital Region to the North Country, we bring the same rigorous standards and honest reporting to every inspection we perform.
